Image Generation Rights: You retain the rights to any images generated through our service. You may use these images for both personal and commercial purposes, subject to the following conditions:

• You may not claim ownership of the AI technology that created the images
• You may not use generated images for illegal purposes or to create content that is harmful, deceptive, or violates others rights

You agree not to use our service for:

• Any purpose that is illegal or violates these Terms
• Creating or distributing harmful, abusive, or offensive content
• Attempting to interfere with or compromise the system integrity or security
• Infringing on intellectual property rights of others

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms, at our sole discretion.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pyxl and its suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the service.

We do not guarantee that our service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
